CUSTOMER SERVICE ACKNOWLEDGMENT & LIABILITY TERMS
Who we are: 153 INSTALL will perform warranty service on behalf of Clearlight for your sauna.
Remedies handled by Clearlight. Warranty coverage, replacements, and any compensation decisions are administered by Clearlight. You agree to submit any warranty claims to Clearlight.
Our role & responsibility. 153 INSTALL (and its insured technician partners) are independent contractors, not Clearlight employees and not the product manufacturer or warrantor. We diagnose and service per Clearlight’s instructions.
Evidence hold (please read). If there’s any malfunction or damage, do not discard, alter, or repair the equipment, parts, or affected area until we confirm that inspection is complete or 45 days pass after our written notice of intent to inspect. Please provide reasonable access for photos and non‑destructive inspection/testing.
Liability limits (153 INSTALL). To the maximum extent permitted by law: (i) 153 INSTALL is not liable for consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption; (ii) any 153 INSTALL liability for direct damage caused by our negligence is capped at the greater of 3× our service fee for that visit or $2,000; and (iii) 153 INSTALL is not responsible for product defects. These limits apply regardless of legal theory. Some states do not allow certain limits for consumer goods; in those states, limits apply to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Site prep & safety. Please clear a safe work area, secure pets, and remove fragile items. We follow standard safety procedures and manufacturer bulletins.
Photos/notes. You consent to our taking service notes and photos of the equipment and work area only for documentation and warranty purposes.
Acknowledgment. By scheduling service, permitting access, or replying “I acknowledge” to our email, you agree to these Customer Terms. If you object, please tell us before scheduling so Clearlight can coordinate alternatives.
